Order Modifications Or Cancellation
You have a 24-hour window, post-order placement, to contact our customer support team at info@maxcubecontainers.com for any modifications, address changes, or cancellations. After this period, your order moves into fulfillment and cannot be altered.
Damaged/Faulty Items
While we strive for product quality, errors may occur. If you receive damaged or faulty items, please photograph them and email the images, along with your order number, to info@maxcubecontainers.com within 30 days of receiving the items. Upon verification, we’ll promptly dispatch replacements. Please note that after 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, even for damaged or faulty items.
For damaged or defective items, return costs are covered by us.
Normal wear, rust, damage, breakage, or similar issues due to improper use, maintenance, modifications, accidents, loss, or theft are not covered by our warranty and are not eligible for a refund.
Incorrect Order
In the rare event of receiving the wrong order, photograph the items and email the images, along with your order number, to info@maxcubecontainers.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once verified, we’ll promptly dispatch the correct items. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered, even if the delivered item was incorrect.
Return costs are covered by us for incorrect items.
Order Not Received
If your item hasn’t arrived within 30 business days from the order placement date, contact info@maxcubecontainers.com and we’ll promptly assist you. For lost items, replacements will be sent at no additional cost.
Important: We cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverables due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Reshipping costs will be invoiced to the customer.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the delivery time. If your order is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t been received, please contact the carrier for assistance.
Returns (Change Of Mind)
Our policy extends for 30 days from your item’s receipt date. Beyond this period, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs for change of mind or unwanted orders are the customer’s responsibility. For defective or damaged products, return shipping is free of charge.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 days.
Incorrect Contact Information And Shipping Addresses
Customers must ensure accurate shipping details during checkout. Refunds cannot be issued for undelivered packages due to incorrect details.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

Custom Duties
Customs policies vary; contact your local customs office for information. We do not take responsibility for additional charges, clearance fees, or taxes. We cannot reimburse costs related to these matters and do not accept responsibility for delays.
If undelivered due to refusal to pay duties, return shipping costs are not our responsibility, and the order is not eligible for a refund.
